Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. Kalmin Ross will pay for the return shipping cost and get the order picked up if it's within the United States.

Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point the customer is eligible to have the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.

This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

Kalmin Ross does not accept refunds because all shirts are made to order and cost considerably to ship internationally. Kalmin Ross is happy to send the client 1 Free exchange and also provide a complimentary custom sizing based on the client's exact dimensions or the exact dimensions of the client's favourite brand and size they wear.
